This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We are a lead-generation website only: we do not take payments or process card details anywhere on this site.

tips2pips is a trading name of Orvantis Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

This website is operated by Orvantis Group Ltd (company number 17185424), registered office Dfo Churchill House, 120 Bunns Lane, London NW7 2AS, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the information described in this notice.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

If you complete our enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone or messaging number;
• Your answers to the questions in the form (for example your current experience level and what you are looking for);
• Anything else you choose to tell us when you contact us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Your IP address, approximate location (country/region), device type, browser and operating system;
• Pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and how you arrived (including advertising click identifiers);
• Cookie and pixel identifiers used for measurement and advertising.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health or political opinions), and we ask that you do not send it to us.

3. Why we use it, and our legal bases

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call or conversation — because you asked us to (consent), and to take steps at your request before entering into any agreement.
• To contact you about your enquiry by email, phone or messaging app — consent and our legitimate interest in following up on enquiries we receive.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website — consent where cookies or similar technologies are used, and our legitimate interest in understanding what works.
• To keep records and protect our position, including dealing with complaints or legal claims — our legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies, pixels and advertising measurement

We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others help us understand how people find and use the site, and measure the performance of our advertising.

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Meta's server-side Conversions API. This means that when you visit the site or submit the enquiry form, certain information may be shared with Meta for advertising measurement. Where contact details such as your email address or phone number are shared for this purpose, they are hashed (converted into an irreversible code) before being sent. Meta may use this information to match activity to an account and to report on and improve ad delivery.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage advertising preferences through the settings of the relevant platform (for example, Meta's Ad Preferences). Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the site and our enquiry process — website hosting, form and database storage, email delivery and customer-relationship tools;
• Advertising and analytics platforms, as described in section 4;
• Messaging platforms — if you choose to continue the conversation with us on WhatsApp or Telegram, your use of those apps is governed by their own privacy policies;
• Professional advisers (such as lawyers or accountants) where necessary;
• Authorities or other parties where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries outside the one you live in, including the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and the United States. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision where one applies, or on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant).

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need to keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim. Aggregated or anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may be kept for longer.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• Ask us to delete your information;
• Object to or ask us to restrict how we use it, including objecting to direct marketing at any time;
• Ask us to transfer your information to another provider (portability);
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these, email support@tips2pips.com. We will respond within the time limits that apply to us, normally one month. We may need to verify your identity first.

If you are in the UK or EEA: you also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If you are in the United States: depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing with advertising platforms as described in section 4 may be treated as "sharing" under some state laws — to opt out, email us at support@tips2pips.com or use your browser's opt-out preference signal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children

This website and our services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check back occasionally.
